Ancient Kiln Folk Custom Museum

This unique open-air museum preserves traditional Jingdezhen kiln sites and demonstrates ancient porcelain-making techniques. Visitors can watch master craftspeople shape, paint, and fire porcelain using methods passed down through generations, providing a living connection to centuries of ceramic tradition.

📜 歴史

Founded in the Qingyuan period of the Southern Song Dynasty (around 1199 AD), these villages were built by the Yu clan. They reached their peak during the Ming and Qing dynasties when local merchants returned from across China to build luxurious residences, showcasing the highest level of Huizhou architectural carving.
